We want you to be a homeowner! With a minimum investment of $4900, you can move into your home NOW while working toward mortgage approval. When you decide to buy, your investment will be applied to your purchase amount.

You will have up to ten years to organize your financing and purchase your home. As long as your lease remains in good standing, you can buy whenever it is right for you. Whether that is in one month, one year, or a decade from now (or anywhere in between).

We want you to buy your home. So, we encourage applicants who are serious about buying. And since it is your home, you can paint the walls, decorate the place, and update the flooring. But of course, with additional freedom comes responsibility. Just like a homeowner, you will be responsible for maintenance and repairs.

Are you ready to get started? Here are the simple steps to begin.

  1. Check out the home. Drive the neighborhood, peek in the windows, and explore the neighborhood. Make sure it is a good fit for YOU.
  2. Submit an application. Anyone over 18 must apply, and you will be required to submit a full month of pay stubs for income verification.
  3. Application processing. We will review your application, and verify everything. It is important that you have a good rental/housing history, and that your household’s gross income is at least three times the rent. We look beyond simple credit scores, and look more at your financial history. We want you to win!
  4. Tour the home. Once approved, we will schedule a time for you to walk through the home. If you are ready to move forward, we will go over the paperwork and get you on the path to home ownership.
