Having\u00a0space for socializing is wonderful, and a little room to stretch your legs can be great. \u00a0However,\u00a0there are immense advantages to living in a smaller house! \u00a0So, rather than falling prey to the cult of the HUGE, let’s make the case\u00a0for small houses in Grand Rapids.<\/p>\n

So – how can a small house be superior to a large one?<\/p>\n

\"Small<\/a>1. \u00a0Less day-to-day maintenance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Running a house takes a lot of work. \u00a0Washing the dishes, keeping the floors clean, and tidying the bathroom all take time. \u00a0If you have four bathrooms, you have four tubs to scrub!<\/p>\n
