\"Padlock\"<\/a>However, the OTHER areas are the ones that will give you headaches later. \u00a0Is there an especially small bedroom? \u00a0A basement with tough access? A really old electrical box? \u00a0You want to know this in advance.<\/p>\n

4. Take Pictures<\/strong><\/p>\n

Photographs are incredibly helpful. \u00a0They can help you remember a layout, provide a reference point for a repair, or remind you that the windows are brand new.<\/p>\n

Bring a camera, or snap some pictures with your cell phone. \u00a0These photos don’t have to be top-notch, professional shots. \u00a0But you want them to be YOURS.<\/p>\n
